Shipment Packaging, Product Packaging & Labeling

Our products are labeled according to FDA regulations for homeopathic drugs, registered with the FDA, and manufactured in our FDA registered facilities in the USA. The skin conditions our products treat can on occasion be embarrassing. We assure you that our products are delivered in plain packaging with only the company name, “Natures Innovation, Inc.”, and return address on the outside. There is NO mention of the product within in an effort to protect your privacy.
 

Your Credit Card Statement or PayPal Account

Your credit card statement or PayPal account will simply say “Nature’s Innovation, Inc.” with no mention of what product you ordered or what the product is used for.
 

Merchant Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our all-natural products, that we offer a 90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee.

  • We simply ask that you make a diligent effort to use the product(s) as directed for at least 30 days.

  • Returns must be received by our facility within 90 days of the purchase date.

  • Returns that do not accompany name, address, and order number can not be credited to an account and will be discarded.

  • You may want to insure your return to assure it’s arrival at our facility.

Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong product, we will gladly exchange the unopened container for another item.

Refused Items or Undelivered Packages

If ordered product(s) are refused upon delivery or undeliverable, the returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost deducted from the total refund amount.

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide your phone number so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order has shipped we will refund the merchandise total less a 20% restocking fee and shipping, once the return has been received back at our facility.
