How long will it take for me to get my domestic U.S. order?
All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt during the business week, Monday – Friday. We ship via UPS, from Atlanta, Georgia and estimate between 2 to 6 business days for product delivery (after processing and shipment). Please anticipate 10-20 business days for product delivery for International orders (after processing and shipment). These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or UPS delays.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally. Check availability upon order checkout at Naturasil.com, BedBugStore.com, Cobrazol.com or Septi-Flow.com. If your country is not available please call (001) 770-904-2499 between 9am-5pm EST USA to speak with customer service regarding setting up an international order and shipping requirements/costs. There may be some exceptions, so please email info@naturesinnovation.com for additional information.

Can you ship product to me overnight?
Most of our products can be shipped overnight for additional fees. Please order online where shipping options will be shown at checkout or you can call (770) 904-2499 Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST USA, and speak with one of our customer service representatives for assistance.
Do you accept mail orders and fax orders?
Yes we do! Add products to your checkout and then print out the form, and fax, or mail checks (checks require 5-7 days to clear before shipment) or money orders along with the form to:

Any return must be accompanied by an authorization number, which can be requested by email or by calling (770) 904-2499, or the package will be refused.
We recommend sending a money order and we will ship same day of receipt if by 2PM EST. Send us an email so that we may look out for your order. For international orders, we require an International Money Order, payable in US dollars.

How much is shipping and handling?
Domestic S&H charges are automatically calculated upon checkout for the lower 48 states and higher for Alaska and Hawaii. Because International shipping rates fluctuate, we reserve the right to bill our customers for additional shipping costs. We will notify you if that is the case.
